By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Illegal Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating local, state, federal, or international laws
  • Promoting or facilitating illegal activities
  • Hosting or distributing unlawful content

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on all Cyber Grapes services, especially free hosting:

  • Pornographic or explicit adult content
  • Gambling, betting, or games of chance
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Violence, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

3. Spam & Messaging Abuse

You may not use our services to send or facilitate:

  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Phishing or impersonation campaigns
  • Deceptive marketing practices

4. Malware & Security Violations

You may not:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with system integrity or security

5. Resource Abuse

To ensure fair use for all customers, you may not:

  • Excessively consume server resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth)
  • Run scripts or processes that degrade system performance
  • Use hosting for file storage unrelated to a website

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that negatively impact system performance.

6. Free Hosting Restrictions

Free hosting accounts are subject to stricter limitations. You may NOT use free hosting for:

  • Affiliate-only or “made for ads” websites
  • Auto-generated or low-value AI content at scale
  • Reselling hosting or subleasing accounts
  • High-traffic or commercial-heavy operations

Free hosting is intended for legitimate websites, small businesses, nonprofits, and personal projects.

7. SEO & Advertising Abuse

You may not use our services for:

  • Search engine manipulation or black-hat SEO
  • Keyword stuffing or deceptive landing pages
  • Misleading advertisements or false claims

This is especially important for users participating in programs like Google Ad Grants.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not upload or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

9. AI & Automated Content

Use of AI tools must be responsible. You may not:

  • Generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Mass-produce low-quality or spam content
  • Use AI tools to impersonate individuals or businesses

10. Third-Party Services

You must comply with all applicable third-party policies, including domain registrars, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure providers.

11. Enforcement

Cyber Grapes reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion, including:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent termination

Actions may be taken with or without prior notice.

12. No Guarantee of Data Retention

If your account is suspended or terminated due to an AUP violation, we are not responsible for preserving or recovering your data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
