3. User Responsibilities

4. Prohibited Use of Free Hosting

Cyber Grapes offers free WordPress hosting. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account or website using free hosting at any time, with or without notice.

Free hosting may NOT be used for any illegal, harmful, or unsavory purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Pornographic or explicit adult content
  • Gambling, betting, or games of chance
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Illegal products or services
  • Fraudulent or misleading content
  • Spam, phishing, or malware

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate use. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

No backups, refunds, or data recovery services are guaranteed for accounts terminated under this section.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing may change at any time
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination

Refunds are provided at our discretion unless required by law.

7. Domains & Third-Party Services

Domain registrations and some services are provided through third-party partners. Cyber Grapes is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions from third parties.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

9. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data unless explicitly included in your plan.

Cyber Grapes is not liable for data loss.

10. HIPAA & Sensitive Data

Unless a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place, our services are not intended for the storage or processing of protected health information (PHI).

11. Intellectual Property

All Cyber Grapes branding and materials remain our property. You retain ownership of your own content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Grapes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber Grapes harmless from claims arising from your use of services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
